Manual

The short manual, in plain language.

Everything you need to use the Teaching Strength Check well — what it is, how to take it, and what happens to your answers.

What this is

The Teaching Strength Check is a 20-question reflection for teachers. It names your primary teaching strength and the supporting strength behind it, in plain language. It takes about four minutes. It is a reflection tool for your own professional insight — not a performance review, and not affiliated with any education department.

Before you start

You need a phone or computer and about four quiet minutes. There is no login. Answer honestly — the check works best when you choose what is true of your classroom, not what sounds best in a staffroom.

Taking the check

Twenty questions, one answer each. A progress bar shows where you are, and you can go back to change an answer. Options are shuffled so position never hints at a result.

Reading your result

You receive a primary strength — the one your learners feel and your colleagues rely on — and a supporting strength. The five possible strengths are The Anchor, The Spark, The Architect, The Explainer and The Coach. Each result explains what the strength looks like in a real classroom.

Sharing your result

The result page includes a share strip: WhatsApp, email, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and copy link. Sharing never shares your email — only the result text you choose to send.

Your privacy

Your answers feed an anonymous tally of which strengths teachers receive. Nothing identifies you. If you leave your email for the optional Strength Profile, it is stored in this app's own database only. It is never sold, never displayed, and never shared with third parties.

If something seems off

You can retake the check at any time from the result page. Different honest answers on a different week can produce a different result — that is normal, not a fault.

A reflection tool for teachers' own professional insight — not a performance review, and not affiliated with any education department.
